Every season you manage preventable arm issues

Arm soreness in youth players is rarely the result of one thing. In most cases, it’s a combination of factors that build up over time, including lack of strength, poor movement patterns, growth stages and excessive throwing volume.

Throwing is also a whole body movement involving the kinetic chain, including the lower body, hips, spine, shoulder and arm. When mobility is restricted or the right muscles aren't activated, the arm absorbs an excessive amount of force.

This is where we see most recurring soreness coming from: soreness that rest often doesn't fix, as it doesn't address the root causes.

Tim Kennelly

Team Australia Captain, ABL All-time League Leader - Hits, HRs, RBIs, Phillies (AAA)

"Jason and Josh have a rare understanding of throwing mechanics – not just theory, but how it applies to baseball players.

They combine the science behind throwing with a deep knowledge of the game, and translate it into practical guidance."

Bjay Cooke

Oakland Athletics Pitcher

"I first started working with Jason and Josh at 16 with a bone stress injury in my elbow.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was that looking after your arm isn't only just about your arm.

The habits and routines I learned from them—the ones included in this course—are still a big part of how I prepare and recover as a professional player today.'

Warwick Saupold

Detroit Tigers, Team
Australia, Perth Heat

"Jason and Josh are excellent at teaching you the details that matter and giving you specifics to work on, all of which you'll find in their course. Like a lot of pitchers, I'd been dealing with shoulder discomfort for a few seasons. Jason and Josh gave me things to work on that actually made sense for how I throw. Sticking with it consistently changed how I prepare each year."

We do not have an insurance policy that makes it sustainable to attend in-person PT care. This digital course is a great option for us to effectively create an at home program for him. Thank you for putting this together."

We’re Jason Ryan and Josh Clarke, physiotherapists and Jase is an ex-player of 20 years. For over a decade, we've assessed and treated thousands of players of all ages and stages, and have learned that every thrower needs proficiency across several key areas.

“As a youth baseball coach, I have seen an increase in arm injuries over the past few seasons. This Program takes the guesswork out of arm care and gives our coaches and players a structured, effective routine that focuses on keeping them healthy from day one, through to the playoffs.

The routines are easy to follow, and they scale with athletes from youth to senior / professional levels. If you are a coach or parent looking to protect your athletes' future while improving their performance, then you need this program.”
