Your Baseball Physio ("YBP," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.yourbaseballphysio.com, create an account, purchase or access our online courses, digital downloads, coaching services, or subscriptions, sign up for our email list, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy applies to customers worldwide, regardless of where you are located.

Your Baseball Physio is operated by Duo Health Pty Ltd (ABN 51 643 862 542), trading as Your Baseball Physio, located at 6-8 Antony Street, Palmyra, Western Australia, 6157.

We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and, as because our courses are available to a global audience, the relevant protections described in Sections 9 and 10 below. 

  1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information: name, email address, state and country.
  • Account information: when you create an account with us, we collect and store your login credentials, course progress, completion data, and digital download access history.
  • Parent/guardian information: where a purchaser is registering a course, digital download, coaching service, or subscription for an athlete under 18, we collect the contact details of the purchasing parent or guardian rather than the minor directly.
  • Payment information: billing details and payments, processed via our payment processor, Stripe (integrated through our course platform, Kajabi). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communication records: emails and support messages between you and our team for the purpose of customer service and course access.
  • Website and course usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, videos viewed, and referral source, collected via our course platform (Kajabi) and standard analytics tools.
  • Testimonial and feedback content: if you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, or feedback, we may collect your name and comments for use in marketing, subject to your consent and applicable advertising restrictions on registered health practitioners.

We do not ask purchasers of any of our courses, digital downloads, coaching services, or subscriptions for clinical health information, diagnoses, or treatment history through the website, and we do not require any such information to access or use them.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account, and provide access to purchased courses, digital downloads, coaching services, and subscriptions.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send purchase confirmations, product updates, and access instructions.
  • Send marketing emails about new courses, digital downloads, coaching offerings, or subscription offers, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law (with an unsubscribe option in every email).
  • Process payments and send billing-related communications.
  • Improve our courses, products, website, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  1. Email and Marketing Communications

By providing your email address — whether by purchasing a course, joining our mailing list, or downloading free content — you consent to receive communications from us related to your purchase, course access, and (where opted in) our marketing content.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each email. Transactional emails related to course access or purchases may still be sent even after you unsubscribe from marketing. We do not share your email address or contact details with third parties.

We share information only as necessary to operate our business:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including Kajabi (course delivery, account hosting, and email) and Stripe (payment processing), along with standard analytics providers. These providers only access the information needed to perform their function and are subject to their own data protection obligations.
  • Legal compliance when required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Your Baseball Physio, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy (or a comparable policy).

We do not sell your personal information.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, via our course platform (Kajabi) and standard analytics tools to understand site usage, remember preferences and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Course purchase and customer records are typically retained for seven (7) years for tax and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.

Our courses are designed to be purchased by parents, guardians or coaches, including athletes under the age of 18. For a minor to access course content, we request contact information from an authorised parent or guardian before payment. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly review and delete it as appropriate.

  1. International Users

Your Baseball Physio serves customers around the world. Personal information may be collected, stored, and processed in Australia and in other countries where our service providers, Kajabi and Stripe, operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. By using our website and purchasing our courses, digital downloads, coaching services, or subscriptions, you consent to this transfer and processing.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including relying on the security infrastructure of our platform providers, Kajabi and Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and course content may contain links to third-party sites (including our clinical practice brand Physio73's website, social media platforms, or Kajabi-hosted pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

  1. Relationship to Physio73

Your Baseball Physio is a digital education brand. The owners also operate Physio73 clinics in Perth, Western Australia. Purchasing a Your Baseball Physio course does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship with Physio73, and no clinical health information is collected or exchanged through the YBP website or courses.
